Bayburt is a small city located at the motorway connecting Trabzon to Erzurum. Therefore, it is possible to get a flight from Istanbul or Ankara to either Trabzon or Erzurum. Although either preference is possible, we recommend to arrange a flight from your home country to Istanbul or Ankara, and then to get a domestic flight from your destination in Turkey (either from Istanbul or Ankara) to Trabzon. The participants arriving at Trabzon will be picked up by the university shuttle buses. In order to avoid unexpected problems, please do not miss to let us know of your flight information.

In case of a demand existence, we may arrange a shuttle bus service from Erzurum as well.
