I am excited to welcome you to this exceptional academic event, the First International Dynamic, Explorative, and Active Learning (IDEAL) Conference. Besides sharing your expertise with each other and elaborate your own expertise further, I am sure you will also enjoy the historical and natural resources of eastern black sea region of Turkey.

Bayburt University is established in 2008 to contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of eastern black sea region while shaping itself on the basis of a third generation university. Therefore, I would appreciate that you actually invest your time for the future of the people of Bayburt and its surroundings by contributing to this event. Moreover, the people who will benefit from your expertise will convey the knowledge they will accumulate to their prospective students, who will structure the future of Turkey in particular and of the World at large.

We also welcome you to explore Bayburt, which has a history of over 5,000 years and located on the ancient Silk Road along the edge of Coruh River. Bayburt was a visiting point and hot spot for world travelers such as Marco Polo, Evliya Celebi and Ibn-i Batuta. Please make sure also to taste the local cuisine of Bayburt such as Galacos, Bayburt Meatball, Kefenli Kebap.
