All proposals will go under blind reviewer by at least three reviewers. As you can see on the Reviewer Guidelines page, the reviewers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and fill a rubric out rather than simply to accept or reject the proposals. Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the Reviewer Committee will compile all the information, create a final feedback report for the author(s), and notify the author(s) by April 15, 2012.
Then, we will invite the author(s) to revise their papers by considering the feedback they get and submit their full papers by May 15, 2012. The authors are expected to register by June 1, 2012 to have their papers published in the Proceedings CD.
At the conference, there will be a second evaluation and the authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for a international book, titled as Explorative Learning in Mathematics and Science.
Moreover, the papers, falling out of conference theme, will be directed to a Springer Journal: Technology, Knowledge and Learning.
Besides publication in English, the participants will have an opportunity to publish in Turkish. The options for publication in Turkish are 2 books by PEGEM, Turkbilmat.
